The purpose of this contract is to provide services for the surveillance of movable and immovable property in certain accommodation facilities and administrative buildings of the ONA, as well as the protection of persons in these buildings (such as occupants, visitors or agents of the ONA).

The lots were built according to a geographical division of the country, determined by the A6 and A1 motorways and in the centre of the city, by the Route d'Arlon and the Rue de Neudorf. The individual lots will be awarded to a single bidder with the most economically advantageous tender. However, lots 1 and 2 cannot be awarded to the same successful bidder. Where the application of the award criteria would result in a tenderer being awarded a number of lots greater than the maximum number of 1 (provided that at least two tenderers meet the contract criteria), the ONA has the right to decide which lot will be awarded to it, taking into account operational, organisational and social aspects (e.g. staff recovery). The other lot will be awarded to the tenderer who has submitted the second most economically advantageous tender according to the award criteria for the lot in question.
