1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal solid waste from the area of the City and Commune of Skępe collected from owners of real estate inhabited by residents and from real estate on which there are summer cottages or other real estate used for recreational purposes in the period from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024
2. The Town and Commune of Skępe covers the area of the city and the rural area divided into 16 villages. As of September 30, 2023, 7,229 people were registered in the Town and Municipality of Skępe. Waste was collected from 2,541 properties with 5,576 residents. In addition, as of September 30, 2023, waste was collected from 858 other properties used for recreation and leisure purposes.
3. In the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024, the following amounts of waste are expected:
1) non-segregated municipal waste – 1,103.16 Mg;
2) segregated municipal waste – 890.38 Mg.

3. In the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024, the following amounts of waste are expected:

4. During the performance of the subject of the contract, the contractor shall be obliged to comply with the provisions of generally applicable law and local law in force at a given time.
5. As part of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to collect any amount of the following types of municipal waste from owners of real estate inhabited by residents and other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes:
1. paper (code 20 01 01, 15 01 01);
2)metals (code 20 01 40, 15 01 04);
3. plastics (code 20 01 39, 15 01 02);
4. glass (code 15 01 07);
5) multi-material packaging waste (code 15 01 05, 15 01 03, 15 01 06);
6) bioodpady (code 20 02 01, 20 01 08);
7. hazardous waste (code 16 02 13);
8) expired medicines (code 20 01 32);
9) Chemicals (codes 20 01 13, 20 01 14, 20 01 15, 20 01 19, 20 01 25, 20 01 26, 20 01 28, 20 01 29, 20 01 30, 20 01 80)
10. waste not eligible as household medical waste as a result of injecting medicinal products and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes (code ex 20 01 99);
11. waste batteries and accumulators (code 20 01 34);
12) waste electrical and electronic equipment (code 20 01 36);
13. furniture and other bulky waste (code 20 03 07);
14) used tyres (code 16 01 03);
15) construction and demolition waste (code 17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 07, 17 06 04, 17 09 04);
16. textile and clothing waste (code 20 01 10, 20 01 11, 15 01 09);
(17) ash (code 20 01 99);
18) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste (code 20 03 01),
whereas the types of waste indicated in points 7-16 are accepted at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.
