HELIUM 3 SUPPLY AND CYLINDER CONTROL

The service is broken down as follows:

1. Lump sum (7-year term excluding options)

- Item 1: 3He supply and cylinder control

o Sub-item 1.1: Supply of 3He with cylinders and delivery to the CEA site. The purity of 3He should be >= 99.9%.

o Sub-item 1.2: Acquisition and installation of equipment for the storage of cylinders

- Item 2: Cylinder control

- Option 1: Extension of the contract for 3 years for item 2 and POs 1 to 3.

2. Estimated portion (7 years excluding option)

- Price lists:

o BP1: Delivery of bottles < 200 km from the CEA reference premises

o BP2: Delivery of bottles >= 200km from the CEA reference premises

o BP3: Reconditioning of 3He at the Holder's premises

o BP4: Supply of 30 liters of additional 3He

o BP5: Supply of 150 liters of additional 3He

- Preliminary quote: delivery outside metropolitan France

The CEA has the option of adding options or price lists to the consultation file.

The maximum duration of the contract is 10 years with the exercise of option n°1.

The CEA will comply with the regulations in force regarding dual-use goods and technologies; the presentation and objectives of the projects concerned will remain at the discretion of the CEA.

Due to the sensitive nature of the contract, the detailed technical specifications will only be communicated to the successful candidates at the end of the application phase.
