The assignment consists of fulfilling the Postal Services of the municipality of Amersfoort, divided over two (2) plots.

- Lot 1: Addressed mail (name and address and AW);

- Lot 2: Election Post

Approx. € 250.000,- excl. G/W/E VAT per year.

The size varies by type of election. On average, the following applies per election:

- 123,000 envelopes, presumably C5 format, with one or two personalised voting cards (including leaflet) addressed with N.A.W. data and a KIX code;

- 67,000 door-to-door candidate lists (printed on both sides) with a unique address + place of residence (A.W. data printed for postal delivery).
