The contracting authority offers the assignment on behalf of the Ringkøbing-Skjern Housing Association, sections 51 and 52. The tender offered concerns the construction of a total of 27 apartment blocks, which are divided into two stages. The first phase concerns the construction of 14 residential blocks with a total of 47 apartments for Section 51, and the second stage is an option which concerns the construction of an additional 13 residential blocks with a total of 38 apartments for Section 52.

The contracting entity has initiated a limited tender for the construction of public housing in Ringkøbing by this notice of tendering.

The construction work is supported by the state, which has granted benefit support in accordance with section 115 of Executive Order No. 119 of 1.2.2019 ("hereafter" the Public Housing Act). An upper financial limit of DKK 88,800,000 excluding VAT has been set for the implementation of the project. .
