At ul. Śniadeckich 4 with the performance of tasks on behalf of the owners.

1. The commune of the City of Koszalin, ul. Rynek Staromiejski 6-7, 75-007 Koszalin
2. Koszalin University of Technology, ul. Śniadeckich 2, 75-453 Koszalin, on whose behalf the Municipality of Koszalin acts.
Object of the contract defined according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary with CPV codes: 70.22.00.00-9, 70.33.22.00-9.

I. The subject of the contract is the management of the Sports and Entertainment Hall in Koszalin at ul. Śniadeckich 4 with the performance of tasks on behalf of the owners.
The scope of the order:
1) Performing the property management service covering all technical and organizational activities in order to maintain technical efficiency and compliance with applicable regulations of the sports and entertainment hall together with adjacent areas in Koszalin at ul. Śniadeckich, being the property of the ordering parties.
2) Performing a service for and on behalf of awarding entities consisting in providing paid access to a managed sports and entertainment hall together with technical and organizational support for legal and natural persons on market terms that are the same for all entities.
3) Description of the subject of the contract
The contract covers the provision of real estate management and administration services with an area of 24 187.84 m2 together with Sports Hall with a total area of 9 701.1 m2, located
In Koszalin in Obrębie No. 18 on a separate Plot No. 19/8, with the rooms included in the Sports and Entertainment Hall together with specialist equipment (Annex No. 1 to Chapter II of the Terms of Reference) adapted for use within designated functions in accordance with Annex No. 2 to Chapter II Terms of Reference.
