The contract concerns the supply of energy, operation, conduct, maintenance, major repairs and full guarantee of collective heating and domestic hot water installations concerning 19 boiler rooms, 3 “Urban Heat Network” substations and 42 substations of Le Mans Metropole Habitat located in Le Mans.

the duration of the contract is 8 years.

the submission of tenders is subject to the obligatory visit of part of the places where the contract is performed.
