The project “Renovation of Urban Social Housing Weststadt” includes the renovation of 92 social housing in Leer. There will be 6 construction phases, each of which will overlap. Construction work will start on March 5, 2021, project end: May 31, 2022.

Components of the service to be provided are the dismantling of existing heat generation systems, pipes and radiators. In addition, the installation of a central heating supply, of local heating pipes to the buildings, of apartment stations for heating and hot water, of new heating pipes and new radiators and the provision of building dryers and heating during the construction process.

Installation of a central heating system, with 600 m of local heating pipe with 250 KW. Production of pipe systems in 92 apartments including radiators. Installation of gas pipes with accessories, as well as exhaust systems with accessories.
