The framework agreement must cover the municipal undertaking for educational buildings and property’s requirements for service, scheduled maintenance and necessary improvement and renovation of the existing building automation and centralised operational control system (Norwegian abbreviation: SD system).
The contractors included in the framework agreements are pre-qualified for deliveries to new projects/contracts. The main contractor shall in these cases enter a contract with the supplier of the building automation and SD system. The Municipal Undertaking for Educational Buildings and Property is not a contract partner in such contractual relationship and carries no responsibilities related to choosing suppliers and systems. The main contractor shall, in the tender documentation, be informed on the framework contract suppliers who are available.
Three parallel framework agreements will be entered. The scheduled start-up date is in June 2020.
The agreement period is initially 4 years from the date the contract is signed. The contracting authority has the option for extending the framework agreement for 1 year + 1 year. The total maximum framework agreement period may therefor be 6 years.
