The purpose of this procurement is to establish an acquisition and maintenance channel for Liferay Portal capabilities.

The contractor will support EMSA in:

• supporting the development, enhancement and operations of EMSA horizontal software components and modules in line with EMSA technical architecture that will be integrated and/or work together with existent or new maritime applications;

• maintenance services related to newly developed and/or enhanced applications based on Liferay Portal capabilities;

• performing studies, assessments, recommendations and other types of investigations in the different fields and components defined in the EMSA system landscape.
