The subject of the contract is the service of collection and transport of municipal waste from the area of the municipality of Resko. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the SWZ with attachments.

The subject of the Order is:

1. Collection and transport of municipal waste from the properties where residents live and from places designated for the "nest" selective collection system of municipal waste, within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Resko.

2. Collection and transport of municipal waste from uninhabited real estate, including: municipal cemeteries, city park, green areas, bus stops, markets, street bins, playgrounds and real estate used for recreational or commercial purposes – for business activity, within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Resko.

3. Equipping serviced properties with containers for collecting municipal mixed waste.

4. Equipping with containers for the collection of municipal biodegradable waste, places intended for the "nest" selective waste collection system, and multi-unit and single-family properties at the request of their owners.

5. Maintenance of containers for collecting municipal waste in an appropriate sanitary condition in the municipality of Resko, and carrying out repairs and maintenance of these containers at the request of the Ordering Party.

6. Keeping clean places intended for the "nest" selective waste collection system. Emptying containers and collecting all waste left at the containers, as well as tidying up the yard where the containers are placed by collecting scattered waste and sweeping the nest square.

7. Collection of waste collected at the point of selective collection of municipal waste (PSZOK), located in Resko at ul.

8. The Contractor shall collect municipal waste and deliver it to the Regional Waste Management Plant in Słajsin, Nowogard commune.

9. According to data at the end of 2022, 7318 people were registered in the Resko commune (permanently and temporarily registered).

10. The Contractor undertakes to collect all municipal waste generated in the municipality of Resko. In 2022, about 2382 Mg of waste was collected in the municipality of Resko (the amount of waste collected, shown in the semi-annual reports submitted by the entrepreneur collecting municipal waste in the municipality of Resko in 2022), including selectively collected waste in the amount of approx. 993 Mg.
