The subject of this contract is loading, transport and processing: 1.Part 1 of the order - waste with the code 170504 (Soil and soil, including stones, other than those mentioned in the 170503). 2.Part 2 of the order - waste with the code 190802 (Content of sandboxes) and waste with the code 200306 (Waste from sewer manholes). 3.Part 3 of the order - waste with the code 190116 (ashes from boilers other than those mentioned in 19 0115)). 4.Part 4 of the order - waste with the code 190801 (Skratki). 5.Part 5 of the order - waste with the code 190112 (Slags and bottom ashes and other than those mentioned in the 190111) Detailed descriptions of the subject of the contract for parts 1-5 of the order are presented in the Descriptions of the Subject of the Order, constituting, respectively, Annexes No. 5a-5e to the SWZ.

Part 1 of the contract covers the loading, transport and processing of waste with the code 170504 (Soil and soil, including stones, other than those listed in the 170503) in the estimated amount of 2000 Mg resulting from renovation works on the sewage and water supply network, collected on the premises of the former "Osowa Góra" treatment plant, at Teofila Ociepki Street in Bydgoszcz. The indicated amount of waste is only an estimate and has been determined on the basis of historical data held by the Ordering Party as the amount estimated for collection for a period of 12 months. This quantity is only auxiliary and does not constitute the upper limit of the Contractor's obligation, and the actual amount of waste requiring collection and processing by the Contractor under the awarded contract will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party. Lot 2 of the contract covers the loading, transport and processing of waste with the code 190802 (Content of sandboxes) in the amount of an estimated 2000Mg generated in the process of mechanical wastewater treatment in sandboxes and waste with the code 200306 (Waste from sewer manholes) in the amount of an estimated 2000Mg resulting from the cleaning of the sewage network, collected in waste storage boxes at the Fordon Wastewater Treatment Plant, Gen. T. Bora-Komorowskiego 74A in Bydgoszcz The indicated amount of waste is only an estimate and has been determined on the basis of historical data held by the Ordering Party as the amount estimated for collection for a period of 12 months. T. Bora-Komorowskiego 74 A street in Bydgoszcz. The indicated amount of waste is only an estimate and has been determined on the basis of historical data held by the Ordering Party as the amount estimated for collection for a period of 12 months.
