The subject of the contract is the performance of active protection treatments on land properties owned by the State Treasury managed by the Bielsk Forest District in Bielsk Podlaski with a total area of 4.57 ha, located: in the Pawły Forestry: on plots 430, 425, 426, 427, located within the geodetic area of Kaniuki: plot 1116/1 within the geodetic area of Ryboły, Zabłudów commune, in the Hołody Forestry plot 1821 within the geodetic area of Hryniewicze Duże Bielsk Podlaski Commune and in Leśnictwie Kleszczele plot 3997/3 within geodezyjny Kleszczele Gmina Miasto Kleszczele. The place of implementation of the subject of the contract will be the administrative area of the Bielsk Forest District in Bielsk Podlaski.

Mowing grassland in the Bielsk Forest District in Bielsk Podlaski in 2023 as a task is related to the implementation of the project "Comprehensive project for the protection of species and natural habitats in areas managed by PGL Lasy Państwowe".
The works include mowing grass once a year on grassland of the Bielsk Forest District with an area of A) 4.04 ha and/or B) 0.53 ha. The location of the areas covered by the service is presented in the table, point 3.14. The total size of all surfaces together is not subject to change. The work consists of:
• mowning grass;
• collection of dry biomass and export to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority or (in the event of adverse conditions) depositing in copies and exports within another convenient time, however, not later than the time limit specified in paragraph 3.12.
The height of near-surface biomass removal is:
• Table A - 10 cm above ground level, and in the case of habitats with a clump structure, the height of the treatment is set at 5 cm from the top of the clump. The treatment must not cause damage to the structure of the clumps, permanently destroy vegetation, or damage the structure of peat. In this case, the procedure must absolutely be done by hand.
• Table B
- Plot 3997/3 – 10 cm above ground level and leaving an uncut fragment of an agricultural parcel with an area of 15 to 20% of the area of this plot;
-Plot 182/1 – up to 10 cm above ground level and leaving an unmowed fragment of the plot with an area of 15% of the habitat.
The subject of the order must be executed within the dates:
• Parcels in Table A - from 1 August to 31 August 2023
• Plots in table B - plot 182/1 – from 15 July to 31 August 2023
- plot 3997/3 - from 1 August to 31 August 2023
• All treatments on the plots must be completed by 31 August 2023 (related to the completion and settlement of the project)
The deadline for performance is the subject of the contract received without reservations, confirmed by an appropriate acceptance protocol.
