Framework agreement, without minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 1,000,000 euro (s) Ht annually, within the meaning of Articles R.2162-1 and following of the Public Order Code. Intellectual services contract awarded in open tender procedure subject to the provisions of Articles L.2124-2 and R.2161-2 et seq. of the Public Order Code. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of one (1) year from the date of its notification to the holder. It may be renewed three (3) times by tacit renewal, for periods of one (1) year, without its total duration exceeding four (4) years. The duration of performance of each subsequent contract will be fixed at the time of the corresponding consultation in the deed of commitment.
