1. The subject of the contract is the provision of transport services as part of the implementation of intra-node courses (so-called G services) in the area of RD Warsaw.

Usł.G – consists in transporting Shipments (including Shipments containing Postal Items), under which the Contractor is obliged to:

• acceptance of Shipments for carriage in the places and dates specified in the Schedule of the Implementation of the Usł.G., constituting Annex 1 to the contract;

• loading Shipments onto the vehicle and their placement in the vehicle;

• unloading Shipments from the vehicle in the places and dates specified in the Schedule of implementation of the Usł.G.

2.A detailed description of the implementation of the service. G contains the Schedule for the implementation of the usł. G - Annex 1 to the model contract - respectively for each of the parts.

3. Detailed rules for the implementation of the subject of the contract are specified in the model contract - Annex 3 to SWZ.

4.The subject of the order has been divided into 25 parts.

5. The Ordering Party does not provide:

- the holding of an electronic auction,

- convening a meeting of Contractors.

1. All cars intended by the Contractor for the implementation of the subject of the contract should meet the requirements in accordance with Annex 2 to the model contract: Technical and functional parameters of vehicles.

2. Volume of kilometers for the basic order to be executed for the course No. 10/480; vehicle category Ib from 1,3 to 3,5 tonnes; the length of the route in circulation 63 km; total number of circuits for the procedure 355; maximum number of km (with option right): 22 365 km (including the number of km covered by the basic contract (80%) 17 892; the number of km covered by the option right (20 %) 4473).

3. Based on the experience of the Ordering Party, the Ordering Party estimates that for the proper implementation of the G Service it is necessary to have at least 1 car.

4. The Ordering Party's obligation to order the performance of Service G includes the basic order. The Ordering Party is entitled to extend the order to the extent covered by the right of option.

5. The Ordering Party may exercise the right of option if the total length of the courses performed by the Contractor within 13 months from the date of commencement of the provision of Service G exceeds: 17 199 km.

6. The Ordering Party shall allow the possibility of submitting partial tenders. The contractor may submit a tender for one or more lots of the contract. Each of the partial contracts will be assessed separately, according to the criterion given in the SWZ.

7. Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority shall not require the Contractor, subcontractor or further subcontractor to employ persons performing activities in the scope of the contract performance, within the meaning of the Act of 26.06.1974 - Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320).

8. The contractor may entrust the performance of part of the contract to a subcontractor, but may not entrust the subcontractor with the performance of the contract in its entirety.

9. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding to the existing Contractor services, under the direct contract procedure pursuant to Article 388(2)(c) of the PPL, a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services, in accordance with the subject of the basic contract (up to 50% of the value of the services being the subject of the basic contract). The conditions under which the above-mentioned contract will be awarded directly:

3) The template of the contract will be forwarded to the Contractor with the invitation to negotiate.

4) Contractual penalties will be provided for in the same cases as in the contract concluded in the procedure for the basic order.

5) The obligations of the Contractor and the Ordering Party will be regulated on terms analogous to the contract concluded in the procedure for the basic order.

6) The Ordering Party may exercise the right of option on the same terms as in the contract concluded in the procedure for the basic order.

7) Order period: 6 months from the date of signing the contract.

8) Based on our experience, the Ordering Party estimates that for the proper implementation of the G Service it is necessary to have at least 1 car for each of the parts.

3. Based on its experience, the Ordering Party estimates that for the proper implementation of the G Service it is necessary to have at least 1 car for each of the parts.

4. The Ordering Party's obligation to order the performance of Service G includes the basic order. The Ordering Party is entitled to extend the order to the extent covered by the right of option.

5. The Ordering Party may exercise the right of option if the total length of the courses performed by the Contractor within 13 months from the date of commencement of the provision of service G exceeds: 24 024 km.

6. The Ordering Party shall allow the possibility of submitting partial tenders. The contractor may submit a tender for one or more lots of the contract. Each of the partial contracts will be assessed separately, according to the criterion given in the SWZ.

Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority shall not require the Contractor, subcontractor or further subcontractor to employ persons performing activities in the scope of the contract performance on the basis of an employment relationship within the meaning of the Act of 26.06.1974 - Labour Code.

3. Based on its experience, the Ordering Party estimates that for the proper implementation of the G Service it is necessary to have at least 1 car for each of the parts.

4. The Ordering Party's obligation to order the performance of Service G includes the basic order. The Ordering Party is entitled to extend the order to the extent covered by the right of option.

5. The Ordering Party may exercise the right of option if the total length of the courses performed by the Contractor within 13 months from the date of commencement of the provision of service G exceeds: 22113 km.

4. The Ordering Party's obligation to order the performance of the Usł.G includes the basic order. The Ordering Party is entitled to extend the order to the extent covered by the right of option.

5. The Ordering Party may exercise the right of option if the total length of the courses performed by the Contractor within 13 months from the date of commencement of the service of the Service G exceeds: 29484 km.

6. The Ordering Party shall allow the possibility of submitting partial tenders. The contractor may submit a tender for one or more lots of the contract. Each of the partial contracts will be assessed separately, according to the criterion given in the SWZ.

3. Based on its experience, the Ordering Party estimates that for the proper implementation of the G Service it is necessary to have at least 1 car for each of the parts.

4. The Ordering Party's obligation to order the performance of Service G includes the basic order. The Ordering Party is entitled to extend the order to the extent covered by the right of option.

5. The Ordering Party may exercise the right of option if the total length of the courses performed by the Contractor within 13 months from the date of commencement of the provision of Service G exceeds: 45 591 km.

6. The Ordering Party shall allow the possibility of submitting partial tenders. The contractor may submit a tender for one or more lots of the contract. Each of the partial contracts will be assessed separately, according to the criterion given in the SWZ.

4. The Ordering Party's obligation to order the performance of Service G includes the basic order. The Ordering Party is entitled to extend the order to the extent covered by the right of option.

5. The Ordering Party may exercise the right of option if the total length of the courses performed by the Contractor within 13 months from the date of commencement of the provision of Service G exceeds: 7776 km.

5. The Ordering Party may exercise the right of option if the total length of the courses performed by the Contractor within 13 months from the date of commencement of the provision of service G exceeds: 4806 km.

Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority shall not require the Contractor, subcontractor or further subcontractor to employ persons performing activities in the scope of the contract performance, within the meaning of the Act of 26.06.1974 - Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320).

8. The contractor may entrust the performance of part of the contract to a subcontractor, but may not entrust the subcontractor with the performance of the contract in its entirety. 9. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding to the existing Contractor services, under the direct contract procedure pursuant to Article 388 point 2)(c) of the Public Procurement Law, consisting in the repetition of similar services, in accordance with the subject of the basic contract (up to 50% of the value of the services being the subject of the basic contract). The conditions under which the above-mentioned contract will be awarded directly:

1) The subject of the contract is the provision of transport services as part of the implementation of intra-node courses (the so-called G services) in the area of operation of RD Warsaw. Service G – consists in transporting Shipments (including Shipments containing Postal Items), under which the Contractor is obliged to:

• acceptance of Shipments for carriage in the places and dates specified in the Schedule of implementation of the Usł.G., constituting Annex 1 to the contract,

• loading Shipments onto the vehicle and their placement in the vehicle,

• unloading Shipments from the vehicle in the places and dates specified in the Schedule of the Usł.G., constituting Annex 1 to the contract.

2) Volume of kilometers for the basic order to be executed for the course No. 10/2252, 10/2294; vehicle category Ib from 1,3 to 3,5 tonnes; the length of the route in circulation 74 km; total number of circuits for the procedure 127; maximum number of km (with option right): 9 398 km (including the number of km covered by the basic contract (80%) 7 518; the number of km covered by the option right (20%) 1 880).

3) The template of the contract will be forwarded to the Contractor with the invitation to negotiate.

4) Contractual penalties will be provided for in the same cases as in the contract concluded

In the procedure on the basic order.

5) The obligations of the Contractor and the Ordering Party will be regulated on terms analogous to the contract concluded in the procedure for the basic order.

6) The Ordering Party may exercise the right of option on the same terms as in the contract concluded in the procedure for the basic order.

7) Order period: 6 months from the date of signing the contract.

8) Based on our experience, the Ordering Party estimates that for the proper implementation of the Service G it is necessary to have at least 1 car for each of the parts.

1. All cars intended by the Contractor for the implementation of the subject of the contract should meet the requirements in accordance with Appendix No. 2 to the model contract: Technical and functional parameters of vehicles.

2. Volume of kilometers for the basic order to be executed for the course No. 10/485; vehicle category Ib from 1,3 to 3,5 tonnes; the length of the route in circulation 80 km; total number of circuits for the procedure 355; maximum number of km (with option right): 28 400 km (including the number of km covered by the basic contract (80%) 22720; the number of km covered by the option right (20%) 5680).

3. Based on its experience, the Ordering Party estimates that for the proper implementation of the Service G it is necessary to have at least 1 car for each of the parts.

4. The Ordering Party's obligation to order the performance of the Usł.G includes the basic order. The Ordering Party is entitled to extend the order to the extent covered by the right of option.

5. The Ordering Party may exercise the right of option if the total length of the courses performed by the Contractor within 13 months from the date of commencement of the service of the Usł.G exceeds: 21840 km.

6. The Ordering Party shall allow the possibility of submitting partial tenders. The contractor may submit a tender for one or more lots of the contract. Each of the partial contracts will be assessed separately, according to the criterion given in the SWZ.

7. Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority shall not require the Contractor, subcontractor or sub-subcontractor to employ persons performing activities in the scope of the performance of the contract on the basis of an employment relationship, within the meaning of the Act of 26.6.1974 - Labour Code.

8. The contractor may entrust the performance of part of the contract to a subcontractor, but may not entrust the subcontractor with the performance of the contract in its entirety.

9. 3. Based on its experience, the Ordering Party estimates that for the proper implementation of the G Service it is necessary to have at least 1 car for each of the parts.

4. The Ordering Party's obligation to order the performance of Service G includes the basic order. The Ordering Party is entitled to extend the order to the extent covered by the right of option.

5. The Ordering Party may exercise the right of option if the total length of the courses performed by the Contractor within 13 months from the date of commencement of the provision of the G Service exceeds: 21 021 km.

6. The Ordering Party shall allow the possibility of submitting partial tenders. The contractor may submit a tender for one or more lots of the contract. Each of the partial contracts will be assessed separately, according to the criterion given in the SWZ.

3. Based on its experience, the Ordering Party estimates that for the proper implementation of the G Service it is necessary to have at least 1 car for each of the parts.

4. The Ordering Party's obligation to order the performance of Service G includes the basic order. The Ordering Party is entitled to extend the order to the extent covered by the right of option.

5. The Ordering Party may exercise the right of option if the total length of the courses performed by the Contractor within 13 months from the date of commencement of the provision of Service G exceeds: 21567.

6. The Ordering Party shall allow the possibility of submitting partial tenders. The contractor may submit a tender for one or more lots of the contract. Each of the partial contracts will be assessed separately, according to the criterion given in the SWZ.
