Building and inventory insurance for municipal properties

The building and inventory insurance of the city of Hamminkeln is put out to tender. The total sum insured for buildings is € 214,448,132.00 and for inventory € 16,960,983.00.

The insured risks are for buildings, fire, tap water, storm/hail and, in the inventory area, burglary. In addition, a large number of objects are insured against glass breakage.

Furthermore, natural hazard insurance should be the subject of the offer.

Offers must be made without a deductible and alternatively with a deductible of € 2,000.00 (max. € 40,000.00 p.a.).

The deductibles in the natural hazard insurance are different and can be found in the tender documents.
