KBB GmbH uses 2 central applications from Sage:
1. Sage Office Line Business (Modules: Accounting, Merchandise Management and Customer-Own Extensions)
2. Say HR Suite (modules: payroll, personnel management, absences, controlling). For the currently used software Sage Office Line Business and Sage HR Suite, both licenses and maintenance will be tendered.

The content of the contract shall be the acquisition of the license and the maintenance of the software, 1st and 2nd level support, hotline use and, if necessary, training. If necessary, development services should be able to be commissioned.
The call for tenders is exclusively about the support of the existing applications. A change of applications or changes to existing business processes is not planned.
