Description:
Collection of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the Pieszyce commune and their management

The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste collected selectively and nonselectively from residential properties located in the Pieszyce commune. Residential real estate equipped with containers for collecting mixed municipal waste, containers for collecting segregated waste in the collective system and bags for collecting segregated waste in the individual system. Organization and operation of a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the ToR.

The scope of the service provided by the contractor includes:

1. Collection of municipal waste mixed with real estate inhabited from the commune of Pieszyce together with their management. The Employer estimates that the expected number of serviced residents of the Pieszyce Commune is - 7,000.

2. Organization of selective waste collection along with its collection and management - bag collection. Selective bag collection includes: paper; clear glass; colored glass; metals, plastics and multi-material packaging. The contractor is obliged to provide the owner of the property with bags for selective waste collection. The contractor is obliged to collect any number of bags with separately collected municipal waste covered by the collection.

3. Organization of selective waste collection along with its collection and management - container system. The container system for selective waste collection is based on collecting in containers for several properties: paper; colorless glass; colored glass, metals, plastics, multi-material packaging and bio-waste. The segregation socket must be equipped with at least 5 containers for the abovementioned waste. The contractor is obliged to set up its own containers for selective waste collection, in an amount of not less than 130 items, forming 26 segregation nests and 6 individual containers for individual fractions of selectively collected waste, located in places described in Annex 2 to the draft contract. The Ordering Party reserves that during the provision of the service it may indicate to the Contractor other places for placing containers and setting up 6 additional segregation sockets, 5 containers each - 30 additional containers in total. The Contractor is obliged to maintain the containers in a proper sanitary, order and technical condition, in particular by washing the collection containers: glass, paper, as well as metals and plastics, at least once a year and the containers for collecting bio-waste, at least once a month.

4. Organization and carrying out of the traveling collection of waste electrical and electronic equipment, bulky waste and tires (up to 5 items at a time) from the property at least four times a calendar year, on dates agreed with the Employer.

5. Organization and operation of points for selective municipal waste collection (PSZOK) for the inhabitants of the Pieszyce commune. The contractor is obliged to organize a stationary PSZOK, meeting the requirements of the law in the field, which should be equipped with containers, to which residents will have the opportunity to selectively submit the following waste: green waste, biodegradable waste, expired drugs, hazardous chemicals, municipal waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment, waste batteries and accumulators, construction and demolition waste, waste tires from household vehicles, furniture and other bulky waste, paper, glass, metals, plastics, multi-material packaging. The point should be located in the Pieszyce commune in a place easily accessible for residents enabling access by car and parking on the premises of PSZOK for waste transfer. The waste collector should have a legal title to dispose of the place where the PSZOK will be located. As part of running the PSZOK, the Contractor is required to equip 4 pharmacies in the Pieszyce commune with containers adapted to collect expired medicines from residents and to collect medicines collected in the container

6. Equipping inhabited real estate with containers for mixed municipal waste and keeping containers for mixed municipal waste in an appropriate sanitary, order and technical condition. At the request of the owner of the property or the Employer, the contractor is obliged to wash the containers, but not more often than once a year.
