The purpose of this contract is to supply and deliver plants and horticultural products and supplies for the purposes of the green spaces service of the town of Le Bourget. The contract shall consist of five separate lots each belonging to a homogeneous family and shall be concluded for a period of one year from the date of notification, renewable three times by tacit extension for the same period. The contract shall be the subject of a single award framework agreement for each lot, without minimum and with annual maximum. This framework agreement establishes all contractual stipulations and is executed as the purchase order is issued, in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article R. 2162-2 of the Public Order Code.

Lot 1 consists of the supply and delivery of trees, coniferous trees, shrubs, climbing plants, heather earth plants, orange plants, fruit trees and rose bushes. Trees and shrubs in addition to being healthy, free of pests, diseases and weeds.

Lot 2consists of the supply and delivery of summer flowers, perennials, autumn flowers, biannual flowers and plants for cultivation. The periods of multiplication (either not sown, by cuttings or by division of tuft) and of application of cultural ways (transplanting, repotting, pinching) will be established and respected so that the products on delivery are well-formed adult plants, stocky, branched, strongly rooted, in perfect phytosanitary condition and flowers in their majority.

Lot 3 consists of the supply and delivery of substrate mats or will be grown annual, biennial or perennial flowering plants. During the term of the market, the licensee undertakes to provide substrate mats where annual, biennial or perennial flowering plants will be grown. The economic operator will grow the carpets once a year, for delivery in the spring. Quantities, varieties and quality will be defined in advance and according to a precise delivery schedule.

LotNo. 4 consists of the supply and delivery of various horticultural supplies (blond peat; pine bark; organic amendment; real heather earth; sowing soil; soil for planters; plant land; turf; tree planting guardian and still soil for green spaces).

LotNo. 5 consists in the supply and delivery of container for flowering and its ancillary services (supports, masts, etc.) of type balconniers all types of support, balconniers semi-sphere, large pots, aerial suspension and/or wall hanging basin and half basin, flowering column, multi masts and all other accessories necessary for the performance.
