Rehabilitation of the existing school building (approx. 6 700 m2 GFA)

Establishing a new building at Hovseterveien 72 (approx. 3 048 m2 GFA) that will consist of space for specially equipped rooms, library, area for the neighbourhood (youth club) and book-cafe. A building on the site will be demolished.

Two sealed soundproof walls will be established in the multi-purpose hall.

The outdoor area will be extended to include areas in Landingsveien 10, and a building on the site must be demolished A new school park will be established and arranged for general use.

Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF is responsible for joint regulation of parts of the area, the regulation includes Sheltered Accommodation Flats at Hovseterveien 20, and a new school building at Hovseterveien 72. The existing school building is not included in the regulation and has general permission.

In the regulation case there are a number of requirements concerning among other things, transport included in the delivery. Hovseter Torg will also be upgraded.
