Contract for specific services awarded according to an adapted procedure (articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 3
It will be up to the Contract Holder to provide the services designated below:
- preparation of menus in accordance with the specifications of the specifications;
- preparation of early childhood meals in accordance with the quantitative, qualitative and nutritional requirements requested and the safety and hygiene standards in force relating to the principle of cold binding;
- conditioning;
- transport and delivery of meals in accordance with the hygiene provisions of the regulatory texts in force and to come, relating to the principle of cold connection;
- supply of balanced meals respecting the GEMRCN recommendations in force in their latest version, increased by ten% for each type of guest and the rural and sea fishing code (articles L. 230-5 and following + d. 230-24- 1 and following);
- unloading;
- participation in information on nutritional education.
