In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) of Law no. 98/2016, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the procurement documentation is a maximum of 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. B. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) of Law no. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the established deadline for submitting offers. Any request for clarification sent after the date mentioned in point A., will prevent the contracting authority from providing a response within the deadline mentioned in point B. and consequently, any request for clarification outside the mentioned deadlines will be considered LATE.
