Framework contract for management consulting services.
The client shall tender a framework contract for management consulting services, in particular restructuring consulting services, with a term of three years. The framework agreement serves as the basis for individual orders on specific issues in connection with profitability improvements and process optimisations as well as for the involvement of the contractor in the implementation processes of the previously developed concepts. The exact content and range of consulting services to be accessed has not yet been determined. The specific services to be provided as well as the fields of action, goals and their deadlines to be worked on are determined individually by the client in each individual order. The scope of the consulting services may change in the course of the project. The ceiling of the framework agreement is EUR 7.2 million net. Only the client is entitled to place individual orders. The consulting services to be provided by the Contractor relate in particular to the following fields of action, but are not limited to these. 1. Capacity management - Improvement of the relevant process indicators for monitoring bed occupancy, - Development of a unified set of rules, - Conception and establishment of a central occupancy management, - Optimization of discharge planning, - Examination of digital support options. 2. Personnel management - Establishment of a personnel jour fixe at board level for the decision of all personnel applications received, including reporting on the personnel recruitment process, - Establishment of prospective personnel planning, - Workplace considerations / specification of the target full-time staff in selected areas, - Identification and implementation of measures to reduce external personnel. 3. Process optimisation in the secondary and tertiary areas - Conception of a materials management supply centre, - Optimisation of costs in various secondary and tertiary areas (e.g. building cleaning, laboratory, etc.). 4. Implementation of the location strategy - Implementation of the realignment of the locations, - Concrete conception of the services to be relocated at case level, - Implementation of operational fields of action, - Establishment and introduction of further forms of care. The award of a bid does not confer a right to a specific call-off of individual orders, but is made according to need.
