The subject of the procedure is the procurement: Design and Execution of Works for the investment objective "Photovoltaic Park located on Matei Corvin Street, Municipality of Oradea, Bihor County", in accordance with the requirements of the Specification. - Development of Technical Documentation for the Authorization of Works Execution (technical documentation for the authorization of construction works - DTAC and technical documentation for the authorization of the organization of works - DTOE) + Technical Execution Project (PTE) with Execution Details (DDE) + Specification documents (CS), including technical assistance from the designer, for the investment objective "Photovoltaic Park located on Matei Corvin Street, Municipality of Oradea, Bihor County", in accordance with the requirements of the Specification.

- Execution of Works for the investment objective "Photovoltaic Park located on Matei Corvin Street, Municipality of Oradea, Bihor County", in accordance with the requirements of the Specification and the Technical Execution Project (PTE) to be developed. The total estimated value (excluding VAT): 70,825,745.35 lei, composed of:
a) estimated value for design: 460,783.05 lei;
b) estimated value for technical assistance from the designer: 64,985.36 lei;
c) estimated value for work execution: 70,275,135.44 lei;
d) estimated value for site organization: 24,841.50 lei.
