The subject of the procurement procedure for the individual parts is the conclusion of a framework agreement without reinstating the competition between the contracting authority and a single supplier for the supply of goods. Based on the concluded framework agreement, supplies of goods will be provided according to the current needs and individual requests of the contracting authority, with the contracting authority not being obliged to take any minimum volume of goods.

The subject of the performance of the framework agreement is ensuring the supply of laboratory materials - laboratory kits, chemicals, and laboratory plastic in the years 2025 to 2026 (hereinafter referred to as “goods”) for the needs of projects carried out within the program “Operational Program Technology and Applications for Competitiveness” (OP TAK) of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, detailed specifications of which are provided in Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation - Specification of Goods and Itemized Budget for this procurement procedure.
