Manufacturing, delivery, and commissioning of charging infrastructure for eBuses, including maintenance services and optional expansion, along with the implementation of an intelligent charging and load management system.

Manufacturing, delivery and commissioning of a charging infrastructure (4 chargers with 7 charging stations and 12 charging points for eBuses including maintenance services two years after commissioning completion

and

an optional expansion to up to 6 chargers with a total of 24 charging stations and 36 charging points for eBuses including maintenance services two years after commissioning completion

as well as

optional maintenance services according to Section 7.1 Paragraph 2 of the functional performance description for one or more years after the contractual warranty period
