This notice concerns preliminary market consultations (hereinafter referred to as "PMC") based on the provisions of § 33 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on Public Procurement, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") for the intended public contract for the purchase of a humanoid robotic head with arms, which is to be subsequently awarded by the Czech National Bank, as the contracting authority, in accordance with the Act.

The aim of the PMC is mainly to:
- verify the existence and structure of the relevant market,
- obtain information on technical, quality, and contractual requirements,
- assess the appropriateness and feasibility of the expected conditions for future procurement procedures,
- enable the contracting authority to optimize the procurement conditions in accordance with the principles of transparency, non-discrimination, and proportionality.
