The project addresses the following activities: Modernization of the existing ticketing, dispatching, and operational systems: Supply, installation, and commissioning of self-service terminals for contactless fare payments and onboard computers in the contractor's vehicles, including the provision of necessary software and its implementation within the ticketing system as a whole, supply and installation of software for the superior back-office ticketing system, including ensuring service support provided by the supplier, which encompasses primarily the operation of terminals and back-office, compliance of the system with relevant legal regulations, technical suitability, resolution of defects and complaints of the ticketing system for a period of 10 years. Implementation of the contractor’s acquirer services (ČSOB). Supply of the dispatch and operational system for managing and monitoring the operation of public transport vehicles. Supply and installation of a wi-fi network in the contractor's depot for data uploading/downloading to/from vehicles. Supply of the dispatch and operational system.
Modernization of the camera system and implementation of a passenger counting system in vehicles: Supply and installation of vehicle cameras, including the superior back-office for ensuring downloading, storing, and evaluating recordings, supply and installation of sensors for counting passengers, including the relevant vehicle unit for data storage and the superior back-office for ensuring the transmission, storage, and evaluation of recordings.
Supply of information systems for passengers: Supply of 14 electronic bus stop signs, including software for management and administration. Supply of a mobile application for Android, Apple.
