The aim of this project is to deliver PAS2035 compliant retrofit works to 132 Torus-owned properties located across three Torus schemes in the Walton area of Liverpool. Successful completion of the works will aid in improving the energy efficiency of the properties, whilst also aiming to improve the comfort, health, and well-being of Torus’ Social Housing tenants.

Torus has obtained funding from the Social Housing Decarbonation Fund (SHDF) to carry out retrofit works to Torus owned properties which have been identified as being in need of improved insulation. The properties included within this project comprise of 132 mixed house types (semi-detached and terrace) across 3 Torus schemes in the Walton area of Liverpool. A fabric first approach will be adopted in the delivery of the project with the works consisting of:-

-External Wall Insulation

-Loft Insulation

-Roofing (as required)

-External Window and Door Replacement

-Pipework Relocation

-Ventilation

-Solar PV (as required)

-Structural Repairs

-Wall Tie Replacement
