The contract aims to supply, in acquisition mode, and install LED information kiosks and posts in tourist-use areas, data analytics reports, and an AI-powered Avatar, in accordance with the description and characteristics stipulated in the Technical Specifications Document drafted by the Technical Computer Engineer of the Nerja Town Hall.
The purpose of the contract includes:
- Preparation of mobility data analysis reports for different dates.
- Supply of outdoor LED information kiosks and posts, including the necessary civil works, as well as their installation and the creation and management of the content.
- Generation of templates and quality digital content for display on various viewing screens.
- Design, creation, and customization of a photorealistic avatar with a high level of detail and expressiveness, including the collection, modification, and/or creation of the material and information necessary for its training.
The contract also includes other complementary and related services, such as support and maintenance, as well as all auxiliary work and materials that may be necessary since this is understood as a “turnkey” project.

Mobility data reports.
Reports on mobility data analysis, big data, in the municipality for different time intervals. The general requirements are detailed in clause 5 of the Technical Specifications Document.

LOT-0002
Digital panels, avatar, and content.
Remaining supplies and services. Includes the supply and installation of kiosks, information posts, content creation and management service, avatar with artificial intelligence, and additional services. The scope and locations of sites are detailed in clause 4 of the Technical Specifications Document.
