The conditions under which the subject of the contract will be carried out, as well as the rights and obligations of the Contracting Authority and the contractor, are in accordance with the draft contract, the Technical Specification, the Technical and Price Proposal of the contractor.

"Development of Directional Signs Related to the Introduction of Low Emission Zones in the Municipality of Plovdiv".
The subject of the contract covers the manufacture and delivery of directional signs ("goods" / "items") related to the introduction of Low Emission Zones (LEZ) in the Municipality of Plovdiv, informing about the entrance and exit from LEZ in accordance with the Technical Specification and the sample of the Technical and Price Proposal – an integral part of the Documentation. The estimated required quantity of signs is 195 pieces. The deliveries of the goods subject to the contract should be carried out to the specified administrative address in the city of Plovdiv, following prior written requests submitted by the Contracting Authority to the contractor. The conditions under which the subject of the contract will be realized, as well as the rights and obligations of the Contracting Authority and the contractor, are in accordance with the draft contract, the Technical Specification, and the Technical and Price Proposal of the contractor. The value of the contract, which will be concluded with the selected contractor, is equal to the estimated value of the order including VAT. The contract with the participant determined as the executor will have a duration of 36 months. At the time of announcing this public procurement, funding has not been secured; therefore, its implementation will be postponed under the conditions of Article 114 of the Public Procurement Act. It is anticipated that implementation will begin after securing funding through the "Environment" Program 2021-2027 and provided that the beneficiary enters into an appropriate contract for targeted funding of a project under procedure BG16FFPR002-5.010 "LOW EMISSION ZONES FROM TRANSPORT" under priority 5 "Air", also known as the Administrative Contract for Non-Reimbursable Financial Assistance (ANF). In accordance with regulatory requirements, the contract for the execution of the order includes clauses for postponing the execution after ensuring the necessary financial resources, for which the contractor will be notified with an Assignment Letter.
