The subject of this contract corresponds to the services to be implemented for the design and realization of an electrical supply system for container ships according to the IEC/IEEE80005-1 standard, at the Quai des Amériques, at the North terminals of Le Havre. The main expected services under this contract are:
- Fixed part:
- Design studies, including:
o Finalization of the preliminary design of the contractor's offer,
o Project Studies (PRO),
o Construction Management (DET),
o Scheduling and Coordination Management (OPC),
o Assistance for Receipt Operations (AOR),
o The CIE mission (Coordination of External Participants) is integrated into the OPC,
- Necessary administrative procedures,
- Realization,
- EXE and VISA missions (the latter conducted by the identified project management team within the contractor),
- Training.
- Framework agreement part:
- Additional training,
- Operation,
- Assistance and support for commissioning,
- Annual preventive and corrective maintenance. The section for purchase orders, and if necessary subsequent contracts related to operation, is intended to be temporary until the operation stabilizes. This framework agreement is entered into without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 2,500,000 euros excluding VAT (for the maximum duration including all renewals).
