The Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK) and the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media (BKM) (hereinafter: AG [contracting authority]) intend to continue the operation of the "Competence Centre for Cultural and Creative Industries of the Federal Government" (hereinafter referred to as the Competence Centre) after 2024 and to realign its content (website of the Competence Centre: https://kreativ-bund.de). For this purpose, it is looking for a contractor (AN) to operate the competence centre. The Competence Centre is to be the central office of the federal government in Berlin, where important economic and social issues of the future of the cultural and creative industries (hereinafter: CCS) are discussed, in particular with a focus on companies in the CCS (predominantly small and medium-sized enterprises – SMEs), solo self-employed persons and freelancers from the CCS, and solutions are developed. It is intended to be the central point of contact for the companies (SMEs as well as solo self-employed and freelancers) of the NPP at the federal level. The term of the service contract to be concluded is 36 months. There is the option of extending the contract for a maximum of 24 months at most once (optional extension period).
The individual work packages (hereinafter referred to as the WP) shall comprise the following tasks:
WP 1: Project management/organization of the project office of the Competence Center (including provision and furnishing of premises for the project office in Berlin, which serves as the physical contact point of the Competence Center).
