The subject of the contract is to design and subsequently execute the delivery with installation of energy storage systems for photovoltaic installations in public utility facilities and residential houses in the Suski County as part of the Program for Increasing the Use of Renewable Energy Sources and Improving Environmental Quality within the NATURA 2000 Areas… - Stage V Energy Storage. The contract encompasses 100 storage systems in residential houses in the Suski County and 3 storage systems in the following public utility facilities:
1) General High School No. 1 named after M. Curie-Skłodowska, ul. T. Semika 1
2) School Complex named after Walery Goetel, ul. Kościelna 5
3) District Labor Office in Sucha Beskidzka, ul. Mickiewicza 31
The order will be executed within the project titled “Program for Increasing the Use of Renewable Energy Sources and Improving Environmental Quality within the NATURA 2000 Areas, Suski County – Stage V, Energy Storage,” co-financed by the European Union under the European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027 Program, Priority 2 European Funds for the Environment, Action 2.7 Support for the Development of RES – grant, Type of Project A. Energy Storage.
The subject of the order includes comprehensive design and execution works related to the expansion of the photovoltaic installation with energy storage systems consisting inter alia of an energy storage system, electrical protections of the inverter allowing for the operation of the storage system along with an output for the backup power supply circuit terminated with a power outlet in accordance with the guidelines contained in the SWZ, legal regulations, and requirements of the power grid operator along with obtaining all required legal agreements, notifications, decisions, permits.
The designed contractual provisions are included in Attachment No. 1 to the SWZ.
