1. The subject of the order is the supply and implementation of a remote (mobile) radio reading system for water meters, which is part of the implementation of project no. FEMP.02.28-IZ.00-0202/25 entitled "Development and modernization of water supply devices in the Siepraw municipality" i.e. the task entitled "Replacement of water meters with water meters featuring a radio system" within the framework of the European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027 Program, Priority: FEMP.02 European funds for the environment, Action: FEMP.02.28 Development of water and sewage management systems – IIT OPK, Project type from SzOP: B. Increasing efficiency of water supply systems and optimizing water consumption, from the European Regional Development Fund.
The system should enable remote mobile reading of water meters via a radio communication module, a comprehensive IT environment for monitoring and recording data, and analyzing the operation of measuring devices in terms of data available. The software must be ergonomic and intuitive to operate, allow the creation of reports, analyses, and visualization of measurement data, and provide integration with the existing and operating billing system and databases in the Siepraw Municipality.
2. The description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is contained in annex no. 1 to the SWZ.
3. The conditions for order implementation are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be included in the public procurement agreement – annex no. 2 to the SWZ.
4. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide a quality warranty for the subject of the contract for the period of:
1) delivered water meters - 60 months,
2) delivered inductive radio modules - minimum 60 months,
3) delivered communication modems (2 pcs.) - 60 months,
4) delivered mobile data reading devices (2 pcs. tablets or smartphones), portable computer (1 pc.) - 24 months,
5) performed assembly, installation, implementation and integration works - 60 months,
6) software licenses granted - 24 months.
The warranty period for defects is equal to the quality warranty period granted by the Contractor.
5. The quality warranty period granted by the Contractor (the granted warranty period) will be counted from the date of signing by the Ordering Party (without reservations) the protocol referred to in § 2 paragraph 3 of annex no. 2 to the SWZ. The warranty period for the inductive radio modules is a criterion for evaluating bids.
