The subject of the public contract is the construction of a Smart Metering system for the water supply network, utilizing already purchased water meters as shown in the following table:

The scope of work includes mainly:
• Design, delivery, and implementation of devices and software tools for remote data collection,
• Deployment and configuration of modules for pulse reading and encrypted data transmission to already installed mechanical water meters,
• Delivery and operationalization of communication and server infrastructure,
• Development, implementation, and operation of software for managing the system and data (including apps for Android/iOS),
• Ensuring the operation of the system, maintenance, and service of hardware and software for at least 7 years from commissioning, including battery replacement,
• Providing user support (hotline),
• Ensuring secure data transmission and archiving, user interface, setting alarms, balance calculations, and other functions according to the requirements of Annex No. 12 of the Rules of Subprogram MZe 129 403 "Support for Measures to Mitigate the Negative Effects of Drought and Water Shortage".

Specifications of the subject of performance and minimum requirements of the contracting authority for the subject of performance (system for remote data collection and processing for the water supply network) are stated in Appendix No. 1 of the tender documentation - Technical and Operational Conditions, and Appendix No. 2 of the tender documentation - Specification of Technical, Functional, Communication and Security Requirements.
