The University of Leicester is seeking multiple suppliers to provide professional property consultancy and agency services under a framework agreement that will evolve with the University's strategy.
LUV01150 - Framework Agreement for the provision of Professional Property Consultancy and Agency Services to the University of Leicester. The University is seeking to award a framework agreement (‘agreement’) to multiple suppliers providing professional property consultancy and agency services. The agreement will be called-off as the University strategy evolves, further details are provided in the Specification and General Design of Requirements. The agreement will run from 1 February 2025 for 3 years until 31 January 2028 with the option to extend by a 1 annual periods until 31 January 2029. Minors This band is for Minors which are those transactions of properties and land of local interest with values ranging (as an indication) from £500,000 to £2,000,000 The contract will run from 1 May 2023 for 5 years until 30 April 2028 with the option to extend by a further 5 annual periods until 30 April 2033.
