The present award pertains to the technological upgrading and energy and electrical optimization of the municipal public lighting network (“Public Lighting Network”) and municipal buildings (“Buildings”), through services to the area and services for the building/system. In particular, the contract includes: preparation of the executive project; execution of interventions; management of the systems and provision of services; ordinary maintenance of the systems and extraordinary maintenance of the systems subject to intervention; extraordinary non-conservative maintenance to a ceiling; support to the grantor in the creation of Energy Communities (CER) in the area and their management; supply of energy carriers. This concession is of a “mixed” type under Article 180 of Legislative Decree No. 36/2023, with economic and functional predominance of services.
