The Ion Mincu University of Architecture and Urbanism intends to initiate a procurement procedure for a public procurement contract aimed at acquiring equipment for laboratory outfitting, namely: Photogrammetry Equipment, with immediate operability capacity, necessary for the faculties within this institution. This public procurement procedure will take place within the project "DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF THE ION MINCU UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND URBANISM" - National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR). The acquisition of photogrammetry equipment allows students to develop advanced technological skills and competencies. Ensuring a digital transition concept based on EPR, an educational platform, and appropriate technological infrastructure (equipment), complemented by higher digital competencies of the academic community, will enable UAUIM to better capitalize on the competitive advantages it currently holds. The number of days until clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
