LOT-0001
Part 1.
The subject of the order is the delivery of 1 electric bus with a length from 5000 mm to 8100 mm – part one of the order. The offered bus cannot be a prototype and must be brand new, meaning manufactured no earlier than 9 months before the delivery date, unused for presentation, testing, and similar purposes, unregistered, with a mileage not exceeding 2000 km. The bus subject to the order must: a) be adapted to the needs of all users, including being accessible to people with disabilities in accordance with the described technical requirements, b) the bus fleet will take into account the requirements and good practices specified in Annex No. 2. Accessibility standards for the cohesion policy 2021-2027 in the Guidelines for implementing gender equality principles under EU funds for the years 2021-2027; c) the purchased fleet will take into account safety issues, especially for non-motorized road users (including women). The fleet will incorporate solutions to assist the driver in protecting pedestrians and cyclists (including women), e.g., collision warning systems; d) solutions arising from the GSR2 standard - tire pressure and temperature monitoring system, - right turn assistant, - lane keeping assistant, - driver behavior monitoring system, - active cruise control coupled with the braking system, and other safety systems required by regulations at the time of vehicle registration. The electric bus must be an electric vehicle as defined in Article 2 point 12 of the Act of January 11, 2018, on electromobility and alternative fuels (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1124), must be powered solely by an electric motor, located in the chassis and cooperating via a drive shaft with the drive axle or electric motors located directly in the hubs of the drive axle or in the drive axle. The electric drive installed in the bus must enable traction that is no worse than that of a bus equipped with a conventional diesel drive system. The electric drive system of the bus must be powered exclusively from an energy storage system built into the bus (used to store electric energy) that requires periodic recharging from PLUG-IN type wired chargers. The entire electric drive must be managed by an electronic system ensuring optimal use of electric energy thereby guaranteeing the largest possible mileage of the bus and optimal performance for urban traffic.
