The subject of the contract is construction works consisting of designing and implementing the modernization of the electric power supply system at the transformer station ST-2 of the Białystok Oncology Center, including the implementation of an energy monitoring system based on a SCADA class system, with quality requirements relating to at least the main elements composing the subject of the contract. The subject of the contract has been described in detail in Attachment No. 3 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter OPZ) – Functional-Utility Program, in Attachment No. 3.1 (Attachments to OPZ) and in the drafted provisions of the contract (Attachment No. 7 to the SWZ).
