Water Authority Vallei and Veluwe seeks partners for the procurement and maintenance of BWS equipment, emphasizing sustainable collaboration and allowing for preventive, corrective, and ad-hoc repairs.

Water Authority Vallei and Veluwe invites market participants to collaborate within the framework agreement for the procurement and maintenance of BWS equipment. We are looking for partners who are not only skilled in the supply and maintenance of equipment for BWS but also wish to invest in a sustainable, open, and reliable collaboration.

It concerns the procurement of equipment and the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, supplemented by any ad-hoc repairs outside the regular schedule when necessary.

No maximum has been set on the number of framework contractors within the framework agreement; any bidder who meets the criteria (see Chapter 4) is eligible for admission. Based on historical expenditures, the scope of the assignment for the equipment broker is estimated at approximately €600,000 (excluding VAT) per year. For the entire duration of the contract of 6 years, including extensions, the total estimated scope is set at approximately €3,600,000 (excluding VAT). To cover possible unforeseen costs, a margin of 100% has been applied in the estimate, resulting in a ceiling amount of €7,200,000 (excluding VAT) for the entire duration of the assignment. The amounts mentioned above are purely indicative. The contractor cannot derive any claims or rights from this. The contracting authority has no obligation to purchase and provides no revenue guarantee. All mentioned amounts are exclusive of VAT.
