2. The order involves:
1) conducting necessary formal and legal procedures and obtaining required consents, permits, decisions, or administrative rulings;
2) conducting necessary formal and legal procedures to obtain required changes to connection conditions to the distribution network;
3) developing and implementing a material-financial schedule for the installation of the energy storage system from the photovoltaic installation and connecting it to the existing electrical infrastructure and PV installations;
4) preparing project documentation for the task including construction designs from the electrical sector regarding the installation of the energy storage system from the photovoltaic installation and its connection to the existing electrical infrastructure and PV installations, along with the required construction documentation, including updating the local spatial development plan for the location of the energy storage;
5) developing and implementing a schedule of work including the preparation of formal documents and obtaining all necessary entries, consents, and technical conditions;
6) purchasing necessary equipment, materials, and completing delivery;
7) performing necessary construction and installation works;
8) installing the energy storage system from the PV installation and connecting it to the existing electrical infrastructure and PV installations;
9) commissioning the installed devices and completed installations;
10) preparing and delivering as-built documentation necessary for the correct usage of the installation by users;
11) developing technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of works;

14) providing service for the installation for 5 years from the moment it is commissioned for use.
3 The order includes the preparation of complete construction documentation and the execution of the works listed below in the scope of:
