1. Description of the subject of the contract:
1.1. The subject of the contract in terms of Part I is:
1) Providing technical support from the manufacturer for the equipment owned by the Ordering Party, for the period:
- for the equipment specified in paragraph 1 of OPU, which is Appendix 1 to the draft contract contained in Appendix 2A to the SWZ - from 23.10.2026 to 22.10.2029,
- for the equipment specified in paragraph 2 of OPU, which is Appendix 1 to the draft contract contained in Appendix 2A to the SWZ - from 19.06.2026 to 18.06.2029;
2) Providing technical support for the equipment by the Contractor.
1.2. The subject of the contract in terms of Part II:
1) The basic contract includes the expansion of the Ordering Party's network infrastructure by 6 pieces of equipment;
2) The Ordering Party anticipates the possibility of using the option mentioned in Article 441, paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Law, within the scope and under the conditions specified in § 2 of the draft contract contained in Appendix 2B to the SWZ.
