1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of:
a) a laser system based on OPO (optical parametric oscillator) for generating infrared light along with a pumping laser and optical amplifier – 1 set,
b) a laser system for generating laser light – 1 set,
c) a high-power optical amplifier – 1 piece.
2. The detailed subject of the contract, its scope, and quality requirements are specified in the description of the subject of the contract, which constitutes Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. In cases where specific names, types, models, symbols are indicated in the specifications, they should be understood as references to exemplary products.
3. Order codes according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 38636100-3.
4. The contracting authority does not allow for partial offers. The subject of the contract constitutes a single functional whole. The order is tailored for SMEs.
5. In cases where the description of the subject of the order refers to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications, and systems of technical references, the contracting authority allows the possibility of using equivalent solutions to those described.
6. The contracting authority does not allow for variant offers.
7. The contracting authority does not foresee the possibility of granting orders referred to in Article 214 (1) (8) of the Public Procurement Law.

Delivery of laser systems and optical amplifier.
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of:

4. Along with the offer, the contractor must submit the subject-specific supporting documents as indicated below:
a) technical description of the offered equipment (laser systems and optical amplifier), e.g., technical description and/or manufacturer's catalog sheet and/or manufacturer's product sheet, which will allow the contracting authority to assess the compliance of the equipment and its components with all the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract regarding items 1, 2, and 3 except for item 4 (remaining requirements).
The contracting authority allows the technical description of the offered equipment, e.g., technical description and/or manufacturer's catalog sheet and/or manufacturer's product sheet in English, without translation into Polish.
NOTE: The subject-specific supporting documents must be signed with a qualified electronic signature by the person/people authorized to represent the contractor.
