The purpose of this procurement procedure is to purchase a new 200 TW laser in accordance with the specifications, which will be installed and operated in the Experimental Area E3 entirely dedicated to research in medical imaging, as well as, later in the Dr. LASER project, in other medical applications. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 of Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and completions, interested economic operators will request clarifications or additional information regarding the procurement documentation up to 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information made by economic operators, on the 12th day before the deadline for submitting offers, in accordance with art. 161 of Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and completions, correlated with art. 27 para. (3) of H.G. no. 395/2016 with subsequent amendments and completions.
