1 The subject of the order is to inspect, evaluate the technical condition and work quality of machines, devices, and installations, as well as to carry out necessary maintenance and repair work on the hydro unit of the Klimkówka Hydroelectric Power Plant. For technological and operational reasons and the rational expenditure of public funds, it is not possible to divide it into parts. This would pose excessive difficulties and costs in the execution of the order, resulting in a significant risk of improper execution of the order. 4 The contracting authority does not allow the submission of variant offers. 5 The contracting authority does not foresee the possibility of awarding the order referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Pzp Act. 6 Rules regarding subcontracting: 6.1 The contracting authority does not specify key tasks (parts of the order) within the meaning of Article 121(1) of the Pzp Act and does not reserve the obligation for the contractor to personally execute any part of the order. 6.2 The contractor may entrust any part of the order to a subcontractor. 6.3 The contracting authority requires the contractor to indicate in the Offer Form the parts of the order that will be entrusted to subcontractors and to provide the names of any subcontractors, if already known. 6.4 In the case of not indicating a subcontractor in the offer, the contracting authority will assume that the contractor has declared the execution of the order without the participation of subcontractors. 6.5 Detailed requirements regarding subcontracting are included in contract templates. The contracting authority, in accordance with Article 95(1) of the Pzp Act, does not specify the requirements concerning the employment of persons, referred to hereafter as employees, by the contractor or subcontractor under an employment relationship who will perform activities related to the execution of the subject of the contract during the execution of this order in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code. The subject of the order includes the execution of specialized diagnostic, control, and measurement activities related to electrical devices of significant importance for the safety of the hydroelectric power plant's operation and the continuity of its functioning. The execution of the order requires qualified personnel possessing appropriate qualifications, technical experience, and specialized knowledge in the operation and diagnostics of hydro units.
