Proceedings resolution. In response to the announcement posted in the Competitiveness Database within the subject procedure, one offer was received, submitted by the Contractor LogicSynergy Sp. z o.o. based in Kraków, ul. Władysława Łokietka 79, 31-280 Kraków. The conducted evaluation showed that the Contractor meets the conditions of participation in the procedure specified in the request for proposal, and the submitted offer meets the requirements of the Contracting Authority and is not subject to rejection. According to the evaluation rules adopted in the request for proposal, the only selection criterion was price, assigned a weight of 100%. Due to the submission of one offer, it scored 100.00 points. Considering that the Contractor met all the requirements specified in the request for proposal and obtained the maximum number of points in the adopted evaluation criterion, the subject offer was selected.
