Description:
Conceptual and communicative support is needed for project development and organization in the transport sector, focusing on event management, stakeholder engagement, and climate protection measures.

The subject of the service is the conceptual and communicative support of project development and organization for transformation in the transport sector. This particularly includes the conception, organization, and implementation of accompanying event, exchange, and participation formats for the BMV, including participation elements for transformation processes and the further development and implementation of climate protection measures in the transport sector.
The tasks include, among others:
- Identification of strategically relevant fields of action where transformation processes in the transport sector can be particularly effectively supported by participation formats.
- Development and implementation of measures to ensure and increase visibility and targeted participation regarding transformation processes in the transport sector.
- Development of a well-coordinated portfolio of event, exchange, and participation formats utilizing synergies.
- Conception, preparation, organization and operational execution (including invitation management, moderation, documentation, catering, if necessary renting of rooms) of event formats and structured dialogue processes. The selection of participants is made in consultation with the AG.
- Involvement of experts and interest groups from politics, business, science, associations and civil society, as well as the departments responsible for the respective topics and, if applicable, the countries or municipalities.
- Targeted promotion of information exchange between the involved actors, e.g., based on best practices, pilot projects and transfer of innovations.
- Follow-up of events and dialogue processes (e.g., creation of reports, recommendations for action, short papers) in close coordination with the AG.
- Documentation, structured summarization and visualization of relevant topics, e.g., through professional preparation of complex specialist information (e.g., infographics).
- Creation of drafts for brochures, flyers, event programs, and information materials. When creating documents, the AN considers the requirements for accessibility.
- The printing of brochures and flyers generally takes place in the in-house printing office of the BMV. The AN is responsible for the print preparation. Coordination and approval of printing with the BMV printing office is done in these cases by the BMV.
- Services in coordination with the AG for internal communication (e.g., result communication to event participants).
- Services in coordination with the AG for accompanying communication, including creation of content for the BMV homepage (the posting of content takes place through the BMV’s internet editorial office) as well as including the creation of drafts for brochures, flyers, etc. (coordination with the BMV printing office is done in these cases by the BMV).
- Provision of target-group-oriented content for the BMV’s social media channels (Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, Youtube, Bluesky and Mastodon).
