The contracting of the maintenance service for the software solution known as SIRA is proposed, the information and management system for research that facilitates researchers and managers in centralizing, streamlining, and user-friendly handling of their activities (curriculum, scientific production, projects).
This software solution is necessary to maintain research activities at UIB, both by researchers and the management of the same by the support personnel of the offices and services of UIB. The SIRA application is the foundation of the Research Management System of UIB. To ensure proper functioning, as well as the incorporation of updates and regulatory adaptations, it is necessary to contract the right to use the software solution as well as corrective and evolutionary maintenance.
